Medicaid LTC Asset Exclusions

• Homestead – your home and all the property touching, up to a value of $572,000.00.
• Everything within your homestead – all of your belongings.
• Prepaid Burial – bought from and paid for at a funeral home with a goods and services contract showing what was purchased.
• One vehicle – this includes anything on your personal property assessment. The excluded is generally your daily driver vehicle or the vehicle of the highest value on your assessment.
