Meet Candi Smith, Case Manager

Case Manager Candi Smith brings three years of experience to her role at Arkansas Asset Protection Group. Prior to joining AAPG, she served as a nursing home Business Office Manager in long-term care Medicaid. Candi also spent over five years working in the nursing home and performing different job duties with residents and families on a daily basis. As a Case Manager at AAPG, Candi is responsible for submitting long-term care applications and supporting documentation to the Department of Human Services (DHS). She also works with DHS caseworkers to help facilitate Medicaid approval. Candi’s passion for helping others drives her work with families and loved ones and it fills her heart knowing she is a part of a team that helps ease the financial burden on families.

 Candi  and her husband, Timmy Smith, have two boys together: Timmy ll and Cainen.  She loves spending time with her family including her parents, three sisters, and 11 nieces and nephews.  Their days are filled with dirt bikes, four-wheeling, and lots of laughter. Just like her clients, Candi loves her family—they are the most important people in her life. She wants her clients to know that she will do whatever it takes to help care for their families in the same way that she cares for hers.
